Fatherland Economic And Community Development

Fatherland, in compliance with the global goals of the United Nations, to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all peoples enjoy peace and prosperity by the year 2030, has positioned itself to create economic development plans to address some of these goals. These Sustainable Development goals of focus are No poverty (1), Zero Hunger (2), Decent work and Economic growth (8), Reduced Inequalities (10), and Sustainable Cities and Communities (11). Fatherland Global is employing its creativity, access to technology, and financial resources to create global economic opportunities for African and African descendants. In the same breath, it allows the world to know about the African descents and the true story of Africa and its vast resources and potential..

To that end, there is a strong community development drive in the regions where Africans and African descendants face the most challenges. These include Nigeria, Brazil, and the United States (in regions such as Atlanta, Florida, California, South Carolina, Philadelphia, Tennessee, Atlanta, and New York.)

To this end, in collaboration with the Fatherland Policy Center, economic initiatives incorporating these goals are being planned to be launched in Afrocentric communities globally. These include:

The Property and Infrastructure Development Plan: focuses on two main projects which are African Cultural Creative City and Affordable Housing.

African Cultural Creative City

The Fatherland’s goal is to create African Creative City (which will have a number of similarities to China Towns), in every major capital city across the world. These will be unique, innovative places where people can work, live, and play, depending on the available space in each region. The first four projects will be in Badagry in Nigeria, Atlanta in United States, London in United Kingdom, and Sao Paulo in Brazil.

Affordable Standard Housing Development

The Fatherland’s aim is to develop uplifting, integrated affordable communities for the low & middle-income class, in different regions across the world. The Fatherland’s unique MyNewHome Scheme has created innovative ways to provide thrilling new housing opportunities & programs across a broad range of incomes. One of the factors which will dramatically increase our success & provide us with the opportunity to mobilize substantial technical & financial resources, is the public & private sectors. – At the present time, we are engaging with the latter in various parts of the world, & are delighted to say that we have received an overwhelming response & steadfast support”

“The Fatherland Property & Development Sector is dedicated to boosting the lives of struggling Africans & African descendants, both in Africa itself, & in the Diaspora, thereby empowering them to purchase affordable homes in multiple regions and locations”

Affordable Housing is one of the biggest challenges for Africans in Nigeria, the United States and Brazil. To that end, part of the Fatherland’s Economic and Community Development objective, is to initiate this project by creating affordable homes in certain regions across these countries.
